Repair Process

To start the apartment repair process.


1. Repair Required: Take note of repair required at your apartment.

2. Form + Picture: Fill out and submit Work Order Request Form.

3. Response + Follow-Up: Receive a response within 24 to 48 hours with next steps and/or additional follow-up questions. If repair is emergency you will get response within 8 hours or less if between hours of 7am and 7pm.

4. Appointment Confirmation: Email sent confirming date/time along with name of person to be on-site to inspect area and/or perform repair. Note tenant should have someone home to let person in to perform repair. If no one will be home to person in to perform repair this may delay the time to make repair.
