Rochester Rentals: Animal Policy
Pets fee is $50 per month per pet for approved animals. 
A one-time Non-Refundable Pet Security Deposit Fee of $350 for 2 pets or less.
Not all dog breeds are accepted due to insurance restrictions. Weight limits apply. For more than two (2) pets contacts us for detail as restrictions apply.
All animals residing in leased apartment must to be approved by management and outlined in lease agreement with a Pet Agreement signed. Prior to getting animal approved you must provide:
1. Clear color picture of entire pet and each pet separate.
2. Copy of most recent medical record of pet showing they are up-to-date with shots, breed(s), color(s), weight, and name.
Under no circumstances are animals permitted on any of the leased premises or shared common interior without prior written approval. If a pet that is not approved is found on premises a $200 fee will be charged to tenants and is grounds for eviction.
