Rochester Rentals: Garbage Policy
Trash pickup is advised in welcome letter issued to tenant. Tenant is responsible for putting trash container and recycle bin to road curb after
the night (after 5pm) or morning (before 7am) prior to schedule pick-up. Then it is tenants responsibility for removing empty trash container and recycle bin from road curb same day to avoid a $25.00 fee issued by City of Rochester.
